Boot the computer with a floppy disk. It can conveniently access data in FAT and FAT32. Is there any software or method to access data in NTFS partitions? The premise is to boot the computer only with a floppy disk, and if not booted with a floppy disk, it enters the Windows operating system. Please give more advice!

I downloaded NTFSDOS3.12 from the New DOS Era website. After unpacking, I found there are 8 files with a size of 3.27MB. I want to put it on a floppy disk. Which file is mainly used? How to use NTFSDOS3.12? Thanks
