It's very simple. Let me tell you my method for your reference. On a laptop, use a USB flash drive to make a floppy disk boot disk. (Everyone can do this. You can directly install it using the version by moderator wengier, or use the built-in making program of Windows 98 or Windows Me.) Then, convert the USB flash drive to a floppy disk image (my USB flash drive is dual-boot type). Insert it into the laptop and perform floppy disk copying (in - My Computer - Floppy Drive - right-click - Copy Floppy). After success, set the motherboard BIOS to USB floppy disk boot, and it's done.
