I used to use Lynx to dial up to the Internet, and everything was normal.
Later, after switching to using a network card to access the Internet, I made the corresponding configuration changes (including DNS, gateway, local IP, subnet mask)
But then it stopped working, always prompting that the remote host could not be found. I don't know what's going on.
Also, after I run the Packet driver for the network card under the Win98 DOS-Prompt, the whole system goes offline.
My network card is a Realtek 8139A, connected through a LAN and gateway, Class C network with no proxy server.
How should I configure it to get online correctly?
