Extract the files inside, rename it to logo.sys and put it in the root directory of drive C, then it's ok.

You can reboot and take a look.

The two in the first one are both too flashy, I don't like them
The second one has too many stars, it makes my eyes dizzy.
The third one is still usable

I haven't made a boot screen before, but I heard it's in BMP format, so how can it have animation effects?

Oh, it's like this.
You're right, logo.sys is a 320X400X256-color BMP image.
But what moves in the Windows boot screen is the image palette.

Download the software below and you'll understand.
XRX ANIMATED LOGO UTILITY
No good... I tried uploading it several times, and still couldn't upload it.
There's also another tool called (Tyche Boot Animation Magic), download it yourself. It's too big, I can't upload it.
