Search online for “IMG boot disk” and you'll find a lot of them. If you want to edit IMG files, then download winimge.

Yes, download a virtual floppy drive program and use it together with HD-copy under DOS to restore some compressed IMG files

What exactly is an IMG boot disk? Is it a file that can make a CD bootable? I don't know anything at all about burning CDs! Could an expert explain it to me?
