If the OP wants to use a Chinese DOS, you can use IBM PCDOS 2000 P7 Chinese edition.

Who says so! No matter whether it's win9x/me/2k/xp/2003, as long as it blue screens, where is the Chinese? In win9x sometimes even the system error messages are in English!!! Kinglion, do you have IBM PCDOS 2000 P7 Chinese edition?{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}

I couldn't find a Chinese DOS6.22 on any DOS-related website. Even typing "DOS6.22 Chinese edition" into various search engines turns up nothing. Really weird. Looking through the 1994 bound volumes of Computer News, they did report this software back then, but now it can't be found anywhere on the whole Internet. It vanished like a ghost.

There is absolutely no need to use any Chinese DOS! The program statements are all in "foreign language" anyway, can you localize those too?
