The day before yesterday I installed the Intel AC97 sound card driver for Windows 3.1, and even used it to listen to a few MP3s. But yesterday I reinstalled Windows 3.1, and after installing the sound card driver, it suddenly couldn't play any files at all. In Control Panel the AC97 driver name is there, but when I click setup, nothing happens. It's really too strange.
