In New DOS Era -- Software -- DOS System, the 20M Complete DOS Source Code Download (DOS_SRC.ZIP) is really too large. Why not use other compression formats (such as *.CAB)?

I tried to recompress all the files in DOS_SRC.ZIP using the CAB format, and the resulting compressed package is less than 13M!

The CAB format is really good. It can be created using the MAKE CAB. EXE command and extracted using the EXTRACT. EXE command.
