After a lot of effort, I finally modified everything mentioned in DIFF.TXT (that PATCH was really troublesome). But after studying it, I found that the addresses mentioned in it are wrong and do not match the original ones, so it cannot run. Tomorrow I'll make a few simple changes again, and there should be no problem then (right now I need to sleep).

By the way, did you also change the Help screen into English??

I have now changed all the error messages into English. But I found that its help interface cannot possibly be changed using the contents mentioned in DIFF.TXT. So for now, I am uploading the LHA.EXE file with English error messages and a Japanese help interface: Open attachment
