Hello, experts! Why is it that when I type HELP under MS-DOS, instead of getting a whole string of command words, I get BAD COMMAND? Why?

|
HELP is an external command. Your DOS installation is incomplete. Only if you install the full DOS package, or install the HELP command and its data, will you be able to see the help.
