Experts: I downloaded an original WINXP (505km), but after making the CD, it still can’t automatically boot the machine to start installation. After that I burned a few more discs, loading DOS and ghost respectively, but it still didn’t work. I’d like to ask all you experts for some pointers, and it would be best if you could be a bit detailed. My thanks in advance!!! Urgent urgent urgent!!! Waiting online。。。。。

I also want to make a Win2000 CD with DOS
I made one, but during installation it says I’m missing an XXX file
But I already copied all the files from the 2K disc onto it

If the OP already knows how to do it, please give me some pointers~~ Thanks~!

I’ve made a few XP CDs before. The simple method is to use a WIN98 boot disk as the boot image when burning the CD, then the CD can boot automatically. After booting, go into the I386 directory and run WINNT, and it can be installed. Of course, you can also add an automatic installation command line into the 98 disk’s auto batch file.
But your question is too unclear. What exactly are you cloning with GHOST?
