I'm using a Windows 98 system. The C and D drives in the system are in FAT32 format, but the E and F drives are in FAT format. No matter how I click, a dialog box pops up saying access is denied.
Is there any way to convert FAT to FAT32 format within the system? |

Didn't Windows 98 provide a tool for converting FAT to FAT32? It's in "Start - Programs - Accessories - System Tools"! Just take a look yourself, it's very easy to convert.

FAT has three types, namely FAT12, FAT16 and FAT32, that is, FAT32 is a kind of FAT partition. What you mentioned about FAT should refer to FAT16.

There is also a small program called CVT.EXE under DOS that can complete this function.
