If you deleted the IE icon on the desktop, you can go into Internet Options, choose Advanced, and in Settings there is an item called “Show Internet Explorer on the desktop”. Just check the box in front of it!
If you can't open IE, you can open any html file (that is, a file with the IE icon), then click the Tools button and you will see Internet Options.

No, I changed IE's parameters. Because of that, even Office software can't be used. Whether I use SETUP to install or remove software, it always shows that there is a problem with IE. Please help, experts.

How did you change it? What exactly is the current problem?
Could you explain it in detail?

If you changed the parameters, there should be an error message, right? Write it down so we can take a look. Usually deleting the wrong file can also restore IE.
