The problem raised by the poster is indeed a very challenging one. At least so far, I haven't found a similar software. Gdisk can only delete or create partitions, but it can't adjust the partition size without data loss.

There is a workaround. Of course, I haven't experimented, but theoretically it is feasible: first use ghost to back up the data of the partition to be adjusted (provided that there isn't too much data on the partition you want to adjust and there is enough space to store the gho file), then use gdisk to delete the corresponding partition and recreate it according to the new requirements. After the recreation is complete, use ghost to restore the data.
