Nowadays, most USB flash drives on the market support the function of booting the machine. However, to make a bootable USB flash drive, one needs to enter WIN98. Now, many people don't have 98 on their machines, heh heh. To make a boot disk, installing a 98 is quite a waste.

This small software is compiled for this purpose. It can run under WIN2K/XP and can directly make the USB flash drive a boot disk. The program comes with two basic boot files of MSDOS7.1, IO.SYS and COMMAND.COM. If you want to make a complex boot disk, you can copy other files to the USB flash drive, such as HIMEM and CONFIG.SYS, etc.

If you want to make a bootable USB flash drive for other DOS systems, write to the author!

Is there a way to directly boot from a Patriot 40G external hard drive? I've divided it into three partitions, and I'm not sure how to make it bootable.
