I heard the DOS version of RAR can load ISO files. Could the experts here tell me about it?

Never heard of it. Even the Windows version of RAR still can't load ISO files, right?
But I do want some kind of software that can load RAR files; opening RAR files is too much trouble. |

The original RAR 2.x might not work (the kind with the blue interface)
But WinRAR 3.5 has a DOS version, and it uses commands, so it should be able to read ISO files. |
