I downloaded the full-Chinese MS-DOS (Win98) boot disk V2.1 floppy edition from Sky Software, other software sites, and the Huajun site, and tried to make a floppy disk. But when it gets to 97%, sometimes 83%, an error appears saying Windows Error N.87 incorrect parameter. What's going on? I even switched to a new disk and still got this problem. I'd like to ask what the reason is! Thanks

If it's the 1.68MB floppy edition, it absolutely has to be made under win98. winxp and win2000 both do not support making 1.68MB floppies, really frustrating! There's no way around it! If it's a 1.44MB floppy, then it means your floppy drive should probably be replaced! That's how it is!

But HD-COPY and the like support 1.68MB, so why does it have to be made under Win98?

I meant using HD-COPY and the like under pure DOS, I never said to use it under WinXP!

I thought someone had modified Shen Jie's boot disk
It just adds one more piece of software, NDD
Just extract layer by layer until you get the IMA image, then use winimage to write it to a floppy disk
