The client computer didn't find the DHCP server. After installing Hanewin DHCP, it needs to be configured to be usable. If you don't understand PXE boot, it's better to first use tftpd32 as the server.

May I ask, does your winpe test only support the boot of winpe with the standard directory? If the installation directory is not \i386\system32, can it not boot?

Then why can't the Windows XP EMBEDDED made by Wuyou's Lao Jiu not start normally? What's the problem? The one made by Lao Jiu is of the standard directory. But it just can't start successfully.

I built DHCP and TFTP on a Linux server, and tried to boot WIN PE with PXELINUX, and it succeeded. I think for PXE booting PE, it's just that the BootPath = "\i386\System32\" needs to be written correctly, and the others are no different from using a CD or hard disk.
But the filenames on the Linux server are case-sensitive. NTLDR should be in uppercase, ntdetect.com should be in lowercase, and winnt.sif should also be in lowercase.
The UNDI_PKT after PXE boots into DOS is a very good thing, no need to look for so many network card drivers.
