The following is the statement from jssyq on July 10, 2003 at 23:00:33:
I have a ST34312A 4.3G hard disk, the C drive is divided into 1.61G, and now the available space is 591MB

My computer with a 6.4GB hard disk has a 1GB C drive, and it works without problems;
My computer with a 30GB hard disk has a 2GB C drive, and it works without problems;
My other computer with an 800MB hard disk has a 300MB C drive, and it works without problems;
My last old hard disk is 80MB, and the C drive is also 80MB (that is, using the entire space), and it works without problems.

It doesn't work. After booting, it only shows the A drive, and nothing is visible. Typing other drive letters has no response. Is there something wrong? Please correct it, okay?

There are two possibilities: 1 is incorrect usage; 2 is file corruption. Please use my special MS-DOS 7.10 version's IO.SYS instead.

After reporting to the moderator that after using your modified IO.SYS, DOS can now boot normally. I am so excited that I want to ask what else you have modified. I usually don't pay attention to the inbox and almost made a big mistake. Now I can put IO.SYS into the boot disk and don't have to worry about problems with SYS C:.
