I originally downloaded the Chinese and English workstation versions of NT4.0, but unfortunately, after a few years, the CD was damaged, and now I can't find it anywhere. Oh well.

The updated OLE 32 runtime library (files like OLEAUT32.DLL) cannot be downloaded, and the link seems to be invalid. I hope another download link can be provided.
There are also two questions I would like to ask:
1. I am using the繁体 Chinese version of NT 3.51. Are all the files in the 351pack_v6.rar enhancement package applicable? (For example, does the full-screen font update in the font folder only target the simplified Chinese version?)
2. I downloaded the English version of the FireFox 1.5.x browser, but it cannot run under NT 3.51, and it prompts "Unable to find the dynamic link library xpcom_compat.dll". How to solve this problem?
