In fact, I used an svgaptch.exe. After patching it, the GMA900 graphics card still can only display in 16 colors, and the Mobility Radeon X1300 has color deficiencies, still not usable

I tried that VMware patch. According to the instructions, copy vgapatch.com to C:\Windows\System, confirm that SVGA256.DRV exists, and then execute "vgapatch p". It prompted "Data Mismatch.. Please confirm with the webmaster whether this patch is available.

Now it is still only usable under 1024*768 256 Large, and the mouse is restricted within a box. Other display modes still don't work. Another problem is that after installing the graphics card driver, when running the MSDOS mode in Windows 3.2 and returning to the system, it directly gets a screen with artifacts.

Connectix Virtual PC V5.2 virtual machine environment running Windows 3.2 with GeForce2 MX driver to SuperVGA 256-color mode has screen flickering. Others: HP's SVGA, Microsoft SVGA drivers have all been tried and don't work, so I have to give up 256 colors. Still thank the楼主 for sharing, thanks!

Tested to be usable at 1024*768 256 Large. Environment:
Successfully ran in Connectix Virtual PC V5.2 virtual machine environment with Windows 3.2 and driver GeForce2 MX to SuperVGA 1024x768 256-color Large mode. Others not tested. Thanks to the楼主! |
