There is a tool called DOSSPLIT on Microsoft's official website specifically for solving this problem

From the EXE header information, the length of the EXE file itself can be calculated. But relying on DOS internal commands alone probably can't do it; writing one yourself or using third-party software should work.
This guy isn't being straight. |
