Master Ru Shi, the default installation of 98Lite is completed, and the size of the Windows folder is 125M!

Where can I find the three files "Explorer", "Shell32.dll" and "Comdlg32.dll" of Win95 OSR 2.1 or earlier versions?

This capacity is nothing new already~

But still, I need to put a screenshot to commemorate my first successful step as a little newbie~ Heehee~

Deleted files on drive C and after replacement, failed to boot~

By the way, master, does your tutorial still load to a virtual drive in the end? If I want to use it on the hard drive, what optimizations should I make in that regard?

98lite cannot remove IE. The following is what I did:

Boot from DOS.
Type 98lite.
Select 1) clean install.
Select 4) 98MICRO -windows 95 explorer.
Then insert the win98 source, successfully load it, and then insert win95.
Jump to DOS.
Type setup to install win98.
But after installation, it's still the same, IE is still there.
Please tell me the correct method to install the minimal win98.

Failure to boot is due to the registry. My method doesn't necessarily require a virtual memory drive. It's just using subst to virtualize a drive letter! Didn't I tell you to back up the registry at all times? If there's a problem, you can restore it to the previous registry.

I successfully made a fully CD - running version of miniWIN98..
But there is a problem. That is, using the boot img file or floppy disk to boot is no problem. However, once this img is made into the boot file of the CD, it doesn't work because the A drive can't be written at this time. Is there any expert who has a way to solve this?
