Why can't Ghost for ROM-DOS boot restore the gho file on the CD, but it can restore from the hard disk? There's no problem with MSDOS. How to solve this?

I downloaded your this IMG file, the capacity is 1.40M, but when unpacked with undisk it's only 698K, and when read with HD it's only more than half of the content. When restoring it to drive A with HD and booting up, many garbled characters appear. After pressing N number of returns, then loading the CD-ROM driver, then it restarts. This happens every time, whether the write protection is on or off.
