Moderator, hello. I have a few questions after using the Windows system maintenance special CD. Why can't I use the mouse after entering the winpe gui? I changed three mice (one COM port, one USB port, one PS2 port), but none work?
Also, why can't HWINFO and MEMORYTEST be used, and it prompts "file not found..."? I am using a MSI 694x motherboard, a White Shark 44X, a G2 440 graphics card, 256M memory, an 8139 network card, and I boot directly from the CD-ROM without hanging the hard drive.
