DOS stands for freedom, openness and progress. Let us work hard, learn from the openness and GNU spirit of FreeDOS and Linux, and together build and grow a free GNU GPL world!

Is there a 7zip that works under pure DOS?
楼主, it doesn't work!
When I run 7za.exe under pure DOS, it shows:
Load error: no DPMI - Get csdpmi*b.zip
What's going on?

I was really looking for this pure DOS version before, but I couldn't open the link from the webmaster. I found this by using the Google keyword p7z457b.zip
http://ftp.usf.edu/pub/freedos/files/util/file/7zip/p7z457b.zip I downloaded this. Is it a pure DOS one? It can be used in the command line window of XP, but it can't be used in pure DOS. When running 7za.exe, it shows: Load error: no DPMI - Get csdpmi*b.zip
