To the part of netizens on the upper floor:
1. The missing files in the email are in the attachments 1 - 4 in the previous floors. It may also be the files that cannot be read from the disk or are damaged and not included in it.
2. The extra files may be on a 5 - inch disk with the universal tool. Please use them as appropriate.
3. The tool.exe program cannot be used because the format of the disk is not FAT32 or FAT16. Since PCTOOLS was developed earlier, it does not support formats such as NTFS. The hard disk of my machine is in NTFS format and cannot be used, and it automatically exits after startup.
4. The emails of netizens on floors 44, 45, and 46 have been sent. Please check.
5. Everyone is welcome to discuss.
