Why convert then?
Under normal circumstances, whether manually found or batch - searched, the GHO files are in the format of drive letter\path\file.gho. If it is NTFS, to be stable, exit NTFSPRO or IFS first. Then the GHOST command line needs the format of X:Y\path\file.GHO. So the drive letter needs to be converted to X:Y in the middle.
