Why can't the Chinese inside be displayed correctly (all garbled) after I use grub to load the mirror file provided by the webmaster and can normally mount the ntfs partition?

The image downloaded from the original link is already problematic. 1. winimage prompts an error when opening. 2. It can be started in the virtual machine, but there is no ifs in it.
