Anyway, they were people who wrote in Traditional Chinese. As for whether they were specifically from Taiwan, Hong Kong, or overseas, that's not clear.

I think GBK is pretty good. It supports both Simplified and Traditional Chinese.

GBK is the GB extended code. The reason we can see the Traditional Chinese characters posted here by people like Dark-Destroy is thanks to GBK.
