Today I argued with a colleague at work about whether files could be downloaded through file updates. Then I recalled the /D function of xcopy, and when I came back to check, it seems I was right. Haha!!
/D[:M/D/Y] Copies only files which have been changed on or after the
specified date. When no date is specified, only files which are
newer than existing destination files will be copied.
