The mystery is solved. In 2021, someone explained the principle of "Hu Wanjin Yin", and stated that it is not an Easter egg of Word but an Easter egg of font files.
Using the 3.1 version of "Li Shu" and "You Yuan" does not have "Hu Wanjin Yin", while using the v3.0 version of "Li Shu" and "You Yuan" has "Hu Wanjin Yin".
