Recently, when making a USB flash drive bootable disk, I encountered a problem where DOS 7 couldn't boot. Finally, I found that it was an issue with the IO.sys from this super bootable disk. Replacing it with the IO.sys from the installation disk worked. I compared them and found that the IO.sys file of the super bootable disk is smaller, and a lot of 0000 at the end is removed. I don't know why this would cause it to fail to boot in my specific situation.

I'm telling the truth. Actually, there's no need to add a boot screen to DOS. DOS is an operating system focused on practicality. There's no need to add some flashy things. Those things can be directly deleted, and it can also save floppy disk space.
