I just installed the CD version of DOS 7.1, but there are no so-called "Tianhui" Chinese character system and other plug-ins inside. Did I install it incorrectly?

My computer has Xp2 installed. There are four partitions: (1) system, (2) software, (3) study, (4) backup. The C drive and D drive are backed up. Can I install DOS 7.1 to another partition?

I don't know how to get started. The things I've learned are all over the place. I don't know how to learn well. Of course, I'm not a newbie. I don't admit I'm a master... More depressed. Hope someone can give me some guidance. I still believe I'm very smart.

I have installed it but haven't used it. There is an interface to choose the country's language during the installation. Choosing Simplified Chinese will cause a system crash, and I haven't tried others. I have no problem with the installation choosing the United States.
