I use 7za.exe to extract other files. When extracting, if there is a file with the same name, it has an automatic renaming function, that is, pressing "u" can do it. But how can I automatically type "u" with a bat?

The download link for 7za given on the official website is the Windows command-line version, which simply cannot run under DOS. The link you provided, p7z457b.zip, can run under DOS. So I wonder why the official one doesn't provide the DOS version?

Yeah, it's really strange. Even the current rar and the new version of pkzip don't have DOS versions. But many Windows command lines can still be used normally in DOS by loading HDPMI32.EXE and DPMILD32.EXE. For example, this 7za can, and HDPMI32.EXE and DPMILD32.EXE are constantly being updated. http://japheth.de/
