The issue between DOSPM and START is as follows
The main file from ppm85ese_full_en_07032007.iso is dospm.exe
The main file from bootcd.iso is start.exe
I compared them, and this version of start.exe has an additional disk copy wizard function compared to the former

I made a Paragon collection (phdm8.0, ppm8.5ESE) with a size of 30M.
In addition, adjusting partitions in this series seems not as fast as PQ.
