I don't have PPPOE software, and my network isn't a standard ADSL (it's a network card simulating ADSL), so there's no possibility of surfing the Internet successfully under DOS...

I made a patch to support Chinese in Arachne, it worked fine for my own use, but later I found it couldn't run on other machines, with poor compatibility, so I didn't release it
