How to judge whether there is DOSLFN.COM supporting long filenames in your DOS?

There is no DOSLFN.COM in my computer!
This is a folder created by pressing Enter after typing md E:\~5..\! It is displayed as ~5., and cannot be opened! But files can be copied into this folder, and files inside can also be copied out!

At the same time, the ~5. folder is not allowed to be deleted!
