The actual functions of Win3.2 and Win3.1 are the same, and there is no such version as the English version of Win3.2 at all.

Now the full Chinese version of MiniWin3.1/3.2 has been made. However, according to Master Rush's suggestion, I am going to release this English version of MiniWFW3.11 first, so as to lay the groundwork for the future release of the Chinese version of MiniWin3.1/3.2. Roy, please remove the words like "beta 4" in the LOGO of MiniWFW 3.11, so as to launch the official version and release it, okay.
