UCDOS, SPDOS, TW, I feel they are all very good. I have a deeper impression of SPDOS. The first time I learned computer, I came into contact with SPDOS, but it has been many years. Now I can't find it either. Now I prefer TW. At least the files are smaller and the fonts are nice. As for UCDOS, after all, many people have used it before. I think there is no other advantage, just that there are more components and it's fun! PDOS, Microsoft's things have always been just about making money, don't mention it. As for XZL, I don't like it very much. Although it is the smallest Chinese character system in the world, the fonts are too bad, simply unbearable! But I do admire the author of XZL. Purely personal opinion!

If everyone has voted and used a new Chinese character system and wants to vote again, I have started another vote. Welcome to post your opinions. I didn't see this vote at first, so I started another one. I didn't know there are so many Chinese character systems! I only know seven or eight

I've used all the above. 2.13 was the earliest one I used. UCDOS is an improvement on it, and CCDOS97 is the culmination. I still have the CDOS that came with CAD R12 (compressed to less than 10K), the very standard source code and programs of CHCS Chinese character system by the author of CCDOS97. I also developed a ZWxs display module myself, which supports direct screen writing, doesn't occupy the system clock, takes less than 2K in size and memory each, and the internal code supports GB, GBK, BIG5, Beida 748, etc. It doesn't include Western table recognition and input method, and displays 15X16 character patterns. I'm not a computer major, but I'm good at English. That's all my capabilities. If someone can add to and improve it and then make it available for everyone to use, I'm welcome. Don't laugh at me!

My old - fashioned notebook has trouble with Windows 95, and I'm just going to install a DOS system to have a look. Actually, looking at the black screen with white characters is quite refreshing.
