Crash? How did it crash? Be specific. Did changing the ID cause the crash? Does your BIOS have the antivirus function enabled? Also, it's best to press F8 when booting and select SAFE COMMAND mode, which doesn't load any drivers.

First, go to check if ANTIVIRUS is set in the COMS. When booting, select the Safe Command Line Mode by pressing F8. Then give it a try.
