This proposal has a good starting point, but I don't know if it will end up like a split (one big collective becomes five).
I think maybe we can first draw up a "division bill" to make things clear. After the division, we need to maintain unity. We shouldn't engage in small - clique mentality, starting with "you faction this and that, we faction this and that". That would be too formal.
Also, if Master has already filled it out, why not let us know.
