Is that so, then I wasn't precise enough in my wording. May I ask whether you extracted it to a virtual disk or onto a floppy disk? I can also execute it if I put it in a virtual disk. (But some files need to be copied out) Does it work on all configured machines?

I have said it's "on the floppy disk of ROM-DOS". ROM-DOS 7.00 was downloaded here. After extracting to the floppy disk, then copy the diskgen main program into it to run. I can't know if it works on all configured machines. What I can test is my own machine and the Founder computer in the office, but you said "diskgen can't run on the floppy disk" implies it includes all configured machines.
