DOS stands for freedom, openness and progress. Let us work hard, learn from the openness and GNU spirit of FreeDOS and Linux, and together build and grow a free GNU GPL world!

Indeed, as what Ben Shi said, someone has done labor in this aspect, that is, using two Western characters to piece together one Chinese character, but it didn't succeed!
If the landlord needs the demo ISO of BCDW and the compressed package of BCDW, please leave a message!
I need the demo ISO of BCDW and the compressed package of BCDW!
Moreover, VTmagic + ConfigP.sys/ConMenu.sys has successfully used two Western characters to piece together one Chinese character!

If loading Chinese fonts with BCDW is quite difficult, then I have thought of a workaround. I wonder if it is feasible!
For example:
After loading CN.FNT in the FONT option in BOOT.INI to display Chinese characters in BOOT.INI, this CN.FNT can be generated by VTMAGIC.COM, and the Chinese characters in BOOT.INI can be renamed from BOOT.NEW generated by VTMAGIC.COM. I wonder how feasible this is!

If the loading of CN.FNT can precede the display of BOOT.INI, then your idea will work! And I just need to make one more tool to extract the font data from the.EXE. It's very easy.

No need for that. As long as you specially construct a CN.FNT, you can display Chinese or other bird scripts.
