I found pinball.sys in the Chinese version of NT3.51 SERVER, directly put it into 2003SP2, and then edited the registry to add its driver information, and there was no blue screen at all

Remember that in 2000, if you add pinball.sys and there are NTFS 3.0/3.1 partitions, it may blue screen

I also tried 2000, Advanced Server Edition + SP4, no problem.
The method is: Install the Chinese version of NT 3.51 in the VM, apply SP5, search for the information about pinball.sys in the registry, edit the registry of 2000 accordingly; then put pinball.sys into the corresponding folder of 2000
