This time I set the moderator upload limit to at most 1M per file, and up to 5 files can be uploaded in total now.

wengier, no, it keeps saying URL error. Maybe this forum doesn't allow uploading attachments that large. Even 1M doesn't work, though small ones do.

Use WINRAR volume compression, then it can be whatever size you want.

I estimate the maximum upload is only 500K. In that case, it would have to be split into at least ten files, and that would be far too inconvenient for everyone to use.
