You can try the newly released multimedia player MPXPLAY 1.53 beta version. This program supports playing multiple formats such as WAV, MP3, OGG, WMA, etc., and now it supports most AC97 sound cards, including Intel ICH sound cards.

It's really good. My INTEL ICH sound card can also enjoy music under DOS, and the sound quality is quite good.
After extracting DOS4G, copy the files inside to the folder after extracting mpxp153g, so that mpxplayp can play music normally.

I am also using an INTEL AC97 sound card. After playing, the program can display that the playback is normal, but there is no sound from the speakers! What's the matter? Do I still need to load the AC97DOS driver before?
