Why can't the file be used after moving it to a USB flash drive that has been made into an FDD bootable one?

Why is the IO.SYS in the standard boot disk 131100 bytes instead of 125960 bytes?

LZ, your this super boot disk is too good. I downloaded it, and I put it on the hard disk and unzipped it. But I'm a newbie, I know very little about DOS. How to make it into a boot disk? For example, how to make it into a bootable CD?

Personally, I think many games won't run without EMS, which is rather uninteresting. Also, the UMBPCI driver really doesn't work on some old motherboards including 486 motherboards.
