Hailang, this is the DOS version. If you're going to run it under WINDOWS, you might as well go look for the 98 Tender Feelings version.
I just tried again, and it can be downloaded. Clicking that link takes you to a waiting screen, and after about 15
seconds, the real download address appears. You can only click it with IE, download tools won't work!

Since today is the last day, if you couldn't download it, please use QQ: 174413, and note "PAL". I'll provide FTP download. Valid for one week; after that I'll delete it. Available every night from 8:00 to 10:00. Sorry, it's my own machine, so this is all I can do.

It can be installed under windows. If the sound card supports softGM, you can also hear MIDI music
